Judge Reverses ULU's Dangerous Dog Classification

Judge Steven Rogers reversed and vacated ULU's Dangerous Dog Classification. ULU is now free to do whatever a "not" dangerous dog does.  The order is short, to the point, and can be read here.

It's been a long road, but worth it.  First, we had the tortured hearing before the Dog Classification Board. We then filed a Writ of Replevin so that ULU could be home during the appeal, and ULU was returned by the County.  Thankfully, he has been home during the appellate proceedings.

We then filed an appeal and had a De Novo hearing before Judge Steven Rogers on May 26, 2010.

The Order was received in today's mail.  It is doubtful there will be an appeal.

So let dog justice ring out across the land.  It couldn't happen to a nicer, sweeter, more deserving dog than ULU.  And it couldn't happen to a more caring and wonderful client than Sandy Shaw.

Thank you Fred from the bottom of our hearts, ULU's and mine. This never would have happened without a passionate, dedicated driven Attorney such as you Fred.
